PU Prime’s rating in our review is based on a comprehensive analysis of the broker’s key parameters: reliability and regulation, trading conditions, available platforms, range of instruments, deposit and withdrawal methods, support quality, educational materials, and additional services. We consider not only the company’s stated advantages but also potential limitations that may matter to a trader when choosing a broker.

Our detailed approach to assigning ratings is described in our broker rating methodology. Next, we will break down PU Prime by the main criteria, highlight the broker’s strengths and weaknesses, and help you understand what types of traders it may be a suitable choice for.

Reliability and Regulation

PU Prime is regulated by several financial authorities in different jurisdictions. The brand structure includes companies licensed by ASIC in Australia, FSC Mauritius, FSA Seychelles, FSCA in South Africa, and the UAE CMA. This set of regulators makes the broker’s legal structure more resilient than that of companies operating only through a single offshore jurisdiction.

To protect clients, PU Prime uses several mechanisms: segregation of client funds, membership in the Financial Commission, and a compensation fund of up to €20 000 per client under this organization’s decisions. In addition, client funds are insured through Lloyd’s with coverage of up to $1 000 000 per client.

At the same time, the level of protection depends on the legal entity through which the account is opened. The strongest regulatory status is associated with the Australian ASIC license, while international clients may be served through Mauritius, the Seychelles, or South Africa, where requirements are softer. Overall, PU Prime looks like a reliable broker with a solid legal framework and additional mechanisms to protect funds.

Account Opening

Rating:4.5/5

Opening an account with PU Prime is online and consists of several steps: registration, trading account setup, identity verification, and address verification. The process looks quite simple: the client chooses the country of residence, enters a name, email, and password, confirms they are not a U.S. resident, and creates a client area. After that, you can open a trading account, choose the platform, account type, currency, and leverage.

Registration

To register with PU Prime, you need to fill out a short form on the broker’s website. At the first stage, the client chooses the account type—individual or corporate—enters the country of residence, name, email, and password. A referral code can be added if available, but it is optional.

PU Prime Registration Form
PU Prime Registration Form

After creating an account, the client gets access to the client area. There you can set up a trading account, choose the MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 platform, specify the account type, base currency, and leverage. You can also open a demo account to test the platform and trading conditions without risking real funds.

Verification

Verification at PU Prime is divided into several levels.

  1. The first level is related to basic account opening: the client fills in personal details and sets up the account. After that, deposits become available.
  2. The second level is identity verification. It requires uploading document details and a photo of the identity document. After completing ID Verification, the client gets access to trading.
  3. The third level is address verification. It requires providing address details and uploading a document confirming your place of residence. This stage is required for access to withdrawals. For extended bank transfers, an additional Bank Channel Authentication check is also provided, which includes financial information and identity and address verification.

Account Base Currency

PU Prime offers several base currencies for a trading account. The client can choose USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, JPY, AUD, SGD, NZD or HKD. This set of currencies is convenient for traders from different regions and helps reduce conversion costs if the account currency matches the deposit currency.

The base currency is selected when creating a trading account. Going forward, the account balance, profit and loss calculations, as well as any conversion costs on deposits and withdrawals will depend on it.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at PU Prime depends on the account type.

  • For the Standard account, the minimum deposit is 50 US dollars,
  • for Prime and ECN — 1 000 US dollars,
  • for Cent — 20 US dollars.

This makes the broker suitable both for beginner traders with small starting capital and for more experienced clients who need accounts with professional trading conditions.

The low entry threshold on Standard and Cent makes opening an account accessible, but before depositing it is important to complete the required verification steps. For full functionality, including withdrawals, you will need identity and address verification.

Account Types

Rating:5/5

PU Prime offers several account formats for different trading scenarios: classic trading accounts for Forex and CFDs, a demo account for practice, Islamic swap-free accounts, PAMM accounts for investors and managers, a trade-copying service, and a free VPS program. This set makes the broker versatile: it has solutions both for beginners and for active traders, algorithmic strategies, and passive investors.

PU Prime offers 4 main types of trading accounts: Standard, Prime, ECN, and Cent. All of them provide access to more than 1000 trading instruments, support the MT4, MT5, PU WebTrader and PU Prime App platforms, and are compatible with expert advisors.

  • The Standard account is aimed at most retail traders. The minimum deposit is $50, spreads start from 1,3 pips, and there is no trading commission. This is a basic option for those who want to start trading with a small amount of capital and without a separate commission per lot.
  • The Prime account is designed for more active traders. The minimum deposit is $1000, spreads start from 0,0 pips, and the commission is $3,5 per side per lot. Such an account suits those who prefer tighter spreads and are ready to pay a fixed commission.
  • The ECN account is intended for professional and highly active traders. The minimum deposit is $10 000, spreads start from 0,0 pips, and the commission is $1 per side per lot. This is the most capital-demanding option, but with a lower commission compared to Prime.
  • The Cent account suits beginner traders and those who want to test strategies on a live market with minimal impact on the deposit. The minimum top-up is $20, spreads start from 1,3 pips, and there is no commission. The base currency for the Cent account is USC.

Demo Account

PU Prime’s demo account lets you test the platform and trading conditions without risking real funds. When opening a demo account, the client can choose the platform, account type, currency, leverage, and virtual balance.

The demo helps evaluate the platform interface, execution speed, set of instruments, and how trading strategies work. This is a useful option for beginners who are just getting to know the market, as well as for experienced traders testing new systems before moving to a live account.

Islamic Account

PU Prime offers Islamic accounts for traders who need swap-free conditions. This format is available for certain account types and allows you to trade without being charged or credited overnight fees.

At the same time, an Islamic account does not mean holding positions is completely free: instead of swaps, an administrative fee may be applied to each position. PU Prime may also request supporting documents to verify the client’s eligibility to use an Islamic account and may change the account configuration if the verification is not passed.

PAMM Account

PAMM accounts at PU Prime are intended for investors who want to entrust capital management to a professional manager, and for Money Managers who work with clients’ capital. This account is not for self-directed trading, but for a model where the manager opens trades under an existing agreement with the investor.

PAMM accounts are available only to investors who already have an arrangement with a Money Manager. The investor cannot trade on such an account themselves—the management is performed only by the appointed manager. Therefore, before choosing a PAMM account, it is important to understand the cooperation terms, profit distribution, risks, and the manager’s authority.

Copy Trading

PU Prime develops its own PU Copy Trading service, available through the PU Prime mobile app. The service works on a classic copy-trading model: some clients act as signal providers and publicly share trades, while others copy their strategies.

For an investor, copying trades looks simpler than trading independently: you need to register, pass verification, and choose a trader to copy. For signal providers, the service offers the opportunity to share strategies and receive a share of profit, which can reach 50%.

Copy trading suits those who want to participate in the market without analyzing every trade themselves. However, it does not guarantee income: the result depends on the chosen signal provider, market conditions, copy settings, and risk management.

Free VPS

PU Prime offers a free VPS program for traders who need stable operation of trading robots, expert advisors, and strategies with a constant connection to the server. A VPS is especially useful for algorithmic trading, scalping, and strategies where low latency and uninterrupted platform operation are critical.

To participate in the program, you need to open a live trading account, deposit from $1000, choose and activate a VPS provider, meet the minimum trading volume, and submit a reimbursement request through the client portal. The reimbursement amount is up to $25 or $50 per month, depending on the trading volume achieved. The program terms are limited by the broker’s rules and provide for one VPS reimbursement per client per month.

Commissions

Rating:3/5

PU Prime’s fees can generally be considered average: the broker offers different pricing models depending on the account type, but the conditions do not look unequivocally low-cost.

Spreads and Swaps

On PU Prime’s Standard account, spreads are above the market average. On major currency pairs they start from 1,3 pips, which makes this account less advantageous for active intraday trading and scalping. For beginner traders, Standard may be convenient due to the absence of a separate trading commission, but in terms of trading costs it loses to accounts with tighter spreads.

PU Prime’s swaps can be rated as average. For some instruments and directions they look moderate, but for certain pairs they may be more noticeable. Therefore, for intraday trading swaps are not a critical factor, while for mid-term and long-term strategies it is better to check the conditions for each instrument separately.

Commission per Trade

The trading commission depends on the account type. On Standard and Cent accounts, there is no separate trading commission: the main costs are built into the spread. On the Prime account, the commission is $3,5 per lot per side, which can be considered an average market level for low-spread accounts. On the ECN account, the commission is lower — $1 per lot per side, but the account itself requires a higher minimum deposit.

BrokerFP MarketsRawLibertexMT5 MarketPU PrimePrimeVantageRawEightcapRaw
Commission per lot$3$3$3.5$3$3.5

Overall, Prime looks like a compromise option for active traders: spreads are lower than on Standard, but the commission remains at the market level. ECN is more attractive in terms of commission, but due to the high entry threshold it is more suitable for traders with larger capital.

Account Inactivity Fee

PU Prime does not charge a separate account inactivity fee, but applies a rule of archiving or disabling inactive accounts. An account may be archived or deactivated if there have been no trades, deposits, or withdrawals for at least 90 calendar days, and the balance is $10 or less, or the equivalent in another currency.

An archived account can be restored only to generate a report or statement, but not for trading or depositing. If necessary, the client can open a new trading account and transfer the remaining funds from the archived account. This approach cannot be considered a direct inactivity fee, but traders with small balances should take the risk of archiving into account.

Withdrawal Fee

In most cases, PU Prime does not charge its own withdrawal fee, however, the client agreement provides the broker the right to withhold a fee of up to 5% if there is insufficient trading activity between the last deposit and the withdrawal request. This is an important condition for clients who plan to deposit and quickly withdraw funds without trading.

Additional costs from banks, payment systems, or intermediaries are also possible, especially for international bank transfers and currency conversion. Therefore, in general withdrawals at PU Prime can be considered commission-free on the broker’s side, but with a caveat: with low trading activity or when using certain payment channels, total costs may appear.

Rebates

PU Prime offers the MAX Cash Rebate program, which allows you to receive cash back for trading activity. The mechanics of the program are based on trading volume: the client activates the promotion in the client area or the PU Prime app, tops up the account by at least $1000, and receives a rebate for each traded standard lot.

The rebate amount is $1,50 per 1 standard lot. Accrual is also possible proportionally for smaller volumes — for example, $0,015 per 0,01 lot. The maximum total rebate under the program is capped at $10 000.

Deposit and Withdrawal

You can fund your PU Prime account in several ways: via local bank transfer, international bank transfer, bank card, cryptocurrency, and e-wallets.

The minimum deposit amount is $50 or the equivalent in another currency. For the Cent account, the minimum amount may differ and be indicated in USC. Bank cards, local transfers, and e-wallets are usually processed instantly, cryptocurrency deposits — within about 1 hour, and an international bank transfer takes 2–5 business days.

PU Prime’s deposit fee is 0% in most cases. However, costs may arise from the bank, payment provider, cryptocurrency network, or due to currency conversion.

Available withdrawal methods usually depend on the client’s country, account currency, the deposit method used, and the verification status. Withdrawals may be made via bank transfers, cards, cryptocurrencies, and e-wallets.

To have full access to withdrawals, you need to pass identity verification and address verification. This is an important condition: without a completed Address Verification level, withdrawals may be unavailable. For international bank transfers, an additional Bank Channel Authentication check may also be required.

In most cases, PU Prime does not charge its own withdrawal fee, but the terms provide the right to withhold a fee of up to 5% if there is insufficient trading activity between the last deposit and the withdrawal request. Markets and Products

Rating:5/5

PU Prime offers a wide selection of CFD instruments to trade: currency pairs, metals, oil, commodities, cryptocurrencies, indices, stocks, ETFs, and bonds. In terms of the number of available assets, the broker looks like a strong option, especially due to the large selection of stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, and currency pairs. This set of instruments suits both classic Forex trading and portfolio diversification across different asset classes.

What markets are available?

In total, PU Prime offers more than 1000 trading instruments, including 50+ currency pairs, 64 cryptocurrency CFDs, more than 600 stocks from the US, the UK and Europe, 65 ETFs, 30+ indices, metals, oil, commodities, and bonds.

PU Prime can be viewed as a versatile CFD broker: traders get access not only to major currency pairs, but also to the stock market, cryptocurrencies, and exchange-traded funds.

Leverage

Leverage at PU Prime depends on the account type, the trading instrument, the client’s jurisdiction, and the account settings. For the main trading accounts, the broker offers maximum leverage up to 1:1000. This is a high level that can be useful for active traders, but at the same time significantly increases risks if position management is poor.

Beginners should use such leverage cautiously: even a small market move against a position can quickly lead to significant losses. When trading CFDs, it is important to calculate position size, margin, and risk per trade in advance.

Trading Platforms

Rating:4.5/5

PU Prime offers several trading platforms: MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, PU Web Trader, and the PU Prime App mobile application. This set covers the main usage scenarios: classic terminal-based trading, web access without installing software, mobile account management, and copy trading. The platforms are suitable both for manual trading and for using expert advisors, indicators, and technical analysis.

MetaTrader 4

MetaTrader 4 is a classic platform for Forex and CFD trading, especially popular among currency traders. At PU Prime, MT4 is available for Standard, Prime, ECN, and Cent accounts and supports charts, technical indicators, one-click trading, pending orders, and automated strategies via expert advisors.

MetaTrader 4
MetaTrader 4

MT4 suits traders who need a familiar and stable environment for trading currency pairs, metals, indices, and other CFD instruments. The platform is well suited for scalping, algorithmic trading, and using custom indicators, but in terms of functionality and market depth it is inferior to the more modern MetaTrader 5.

MetaTrader 5

MetaTrader 5 is a more modern version of the MetaTrader trading terminal. It supports a wider range of timeframes, more built-in indicators, an economic calendar, improved order handling, and more flexible analysis tools. At PU Prime, MT5 is available for the main account types and can be used to trade more than 1000 instruments.

MT5 Web on PU Prime
MT5 Web on PU Prime

MT5 is better suited for traders who value a wide selection of markets, more advanced analysis, and working with different asset classes. The platform also supports trading robots and custom indicators, so it can be convenient for both manual and automated trading.

PU Web Trader

PU Web Trader is PU Prime’s web platform that allows you to trade via a browser without installing a separate terminal. This is a convenient option for clients who want to quickly access their account from any device, check positions, open or close a trade, and perform basic market analysis.

PU Prime Web Trader
PU Prime Web Trader

Web Trader’s functionality is usually simpler than that of full-fledged desktop terminals MT4 and MT5, but it is sufficient for day-to-day trading and account monitoring. The platform is especially useful if a trader works from different computers or does not want to install trading software.

PU Prime App

PU Prime App is the broker’s mobile application for iOS and Android. Through it, you can manage your account, deposit funds, choose payment methods, track your balance, open trading accounts, and use the PU Copy Trading service. The app is also aimed at clients who need access to trading and account management on the go.

PU Prime App
PU Prime App

A distinct advantage of PU Prime App is built-in copy trading. The user can choose signal providers, track their performance, and copy trades directly in the app. For active traders, the mobile app is convenient as an additional monitoring tool, and for investors — as the main interface for copying strategies.

Analytics

Rating:5/5

PU Prime offers a fairly broad set of analytical tools for traders: daily market reviews, technical analysis, Autochartist, an economic calendar, trading calculators, and a market heatmap. This set helps not only to track news and important macroeconomic events, but also to find trade ideas faster, assess trade parameters, and control risks.

Market Analysis

In the analytics section, PU Prime publishes regular market overviews for currencies, commodities, indices, stocks, and other popular instruments. The materials include brief fundamental context, key market drivers, and technical analysis with charts.

Market Analysis on PU Prime
Market Analysis on PU Prime

The reviews look useful for traders who want to quickly understand the current market picture without independently going through a large volume of news. The materials include specific support and resistance levels, momentum assessment, RSI and MACD indicators, as well as possible price movement scenarios.

Autochartist

PU Prime provides access to Autochartist — a technical analysis tool that automatically scans the markets and helps find trading opportunities. The service tracks chart patterns, support and resistance levels, volatility, and potential price movement scenarios.

Autochartist
Autochartist

Autochartist can be useful for both beginners and experienced traders. For beginners, it helps navigate the market’s technical picture faster, and for active traders it saves time searching for setups.

Economic Calendar

PU Prime’s economic calendar lets you track important macroeconomic events: inflation releases, labor market data, trade balance figures, central bank decisions, and other indicators. The calendar shows the release time, country, event importance, actual, forecast, and previous values.

PU Prime Economic Calendar
PU Prime Economic Calendar

This tool is especially useful for traders who work with currency pairs, indices, gold, and oil. It helps account for periods of heightened volatility in advance and avoid opening trades before major news without a clear risk-management plan.

Trading Calculators

PU Prime’s website offers trading calculators that help calculate trade parameters before opening a position. The tools include a profit calculator, margin calculator, currency converter, Fibonacci calculator, position size calculation, and notional volume calculation.

PU Prime Trading Calculators
PU Prime Trading Calculators

These calculators are useful for practical risk management. A trader can assess potential profit or loss in advance, calculate the required margin, choose a position size, and understand how a price change will affect the trade result. This is especially important when trading with leverage.

Market Heatmap

A market heatmap helps quickly assess which instruments or asset groups are showing the largest moves. This format is convenient for finding strong and weak markets and comparing the performance of currencies, stocks, indices, or commodities.

PU Prime Market Heat Map
PU Prime Market Heat Map

For an active trader, a heatmap can serve as a trade-idea filter: it helps quickly identify where there is momentum, heightened volatility, or a noticeable deviation from average performance. Combined with Autochartist, the economic calendar, and market reviews, this tool makes PU Prime’s analytics section fairly functional.

Education

Rating:5/5

PU Prime offers a well-developed education section for traders of different levels. It includes educational articles, video lessons, webinars, e-books, trading quizzes, and a separate PU Community. The materials cover basic topics for beginners, technical and fundamental analysis, trading strategies, copy trading, risk management, and the practical application of knowledge in the Forex and CFD markets.

PU Prime Academy

PU Prime Academy is the broker’s main educational center. Materials are divided by difficulty levels, which is convenient for progressive learning. Inside the academy there are topical categories.

The academy format is well suited for beginner traders: you can consistently learn the basic concepts, understand trading instruments, fees, copy trading, and principles of market analysis. For more experienced users, materials on strategies, technical analysis, and working with market scenarios are useful.

PU Community

PU Community is PU Prime’s educational and practical community focused on traders’ collaborative development. Within the community, courses, mentorship, practical assignments, webinars, discussions, market ideas, and analytical materials are available.

PU Community
PU Community

The main value of PU Community is not only theory, but also a more hands-on learning format. Participants can receive feedback, study trading cases, and share experience with other traders. This makes the section useful for those who want not just to read materials, but to learn in a more interactive environment.

Trading Quizzes

PU Prime also offers trading quizzes that help test your knowledge in an interactive format. The quizzes are divided by levels, so the user can start with basic topics and gradually move on to more complex questions.

This format is especially useful for beginners: it helps reinforce the material and identify knowledge gaps faster. Quiz topics include the basics of technical analysis, differences in risk between instruments, and a trader’s readiness to move to a live account.

Webinars

PU Prime webinars focus on fundamental and technical analysis, macroeconomic data, geopolitics, market sentiment, and practical trading approaches. The schedule includes individual modules and sessions indicating the topic, date, time, and host.

This format is useful for traders who value live explanations of the material and want to keep up with current market topics. Webinars complement articles and video lessons because they allow you to study the market in a more dynamic format and go over current situations.

Video Lessons

PU Prime video lessons cover the main areas of learning: an introduction to trading, technical analysis, trading strategies, trade copying, and prop trading. This format is convenient for users who find it easier to absorb information visually and step by step.

PU Prime Video Tutorials

The video materials are suitable both for beginners learning the basics of CFDs and Forex and for traders who want to understand specific strategies or instruments. The presence of embedded videos makes the education section more visual and practical.

E-books

PU Prime offers free e-books on various trading topics. Among the available materials are books on trading tips, risk management, and chart patterns. The book format is convenient for self-study at a calm pace.

Customer Support

Rating:4/5

PU Prime’s customer support looks fairly well developed: the broker offers several communication channels, a dedicated support center, tickets in the client area, and a contact form on the website. Clients have access to live chat, email, phone, and support forms, as well as a knowledge base with materials on accounts, platforms, payments, and trading conditions.

How to contact support?

You can contact PU Prime support in several ways:

  • Live chat — for quick questions and prompt help.
  • Email — info@puprime.com.
  • Phone — +248 4373 105.
  • Support Center — a knowledge base with materials on accounts, platforms, payments, and trading conditions.
  • Ticket system in the client area — you can create a request and track your ticket history.

This set of communication channels is convenient both for unregistered users and for existing broker clients.

Support Hours

PU Prime support works 24/7, which is a strong advantage for an international CFD broker. Such hours are especially important for clients in different time zones, as well as for traders who use cryptocurrencies, trade in the Asian session, or want to quickly resolve issues with payments and account access.

Support Reviews

Reviews of PU Prime support are mixed. In positive reviews, clients note the help of account managers, quick assistance when resolving issues, and the convenience of contacting the broker. On Trustpilot, there are comments where users thank the team for communication, help in looking into situations, and support when working with the account.

At the same time, in negative reviews most complaints are not about the live chat itself, but about complex disputed situations: delayed responses, lack of clear timelines for tickets, problems with withdrawals, or reviewing trading cases.
