BingX has operated since 2018 and has evolved from a predominantly cryptocurrency trading platform into an international ecosystem for retail traders. The exchange serves both beginners who need simple tools and copy trading, and experienced traders who use derivatives and more advanced trading features.
The company develops services for users in different regions and operates through several legal entities, depending on the country in which services are provided. However, BingX does not disclose the founder's name in its main official materials, focusing primarily on platform development, international expansion, and a broader range of financial services.
BingX Review Summary
- Proof of Reserves and cold storage of funds.
- A proprietary protection fund.
- AUSTRAC registration and an FSC Mauritius license held by separate legal entities.
- The main global operator does not hold a license from a major regulator.
- Hot-wallet hack in 2024.
The BingX ratings in this review are based on our own analysis system, which considers the company's reliability, trading conditions, fees, platform quality, available markets, deposit and withdrawal methods, customer support, and other important factors. You can read more about how scores are assigned in our methodology for rating financial platforms.
Below, we examine each criterion in detail to explain why BingX received its respective ratings. Continue reading to learn about the exchange's strengths and weaknesses and determine how well it may suit your needs.
Reliability and regulation
The exchange has operated since 2018, uses Proof of Reserves, cold asset storage, and its own protection fund, while certain group entities have an AUSTRAC registration in Australia and an FSC Mauritius license for CFD services. However, the main global operator is registered in Panama and does not hold a full license from a major financial regulator, while the European entity BingX EU is still only undergoing the process of obtaining CASP authorization under MiCA. BingX should therefore not be regarded as poorly protected or unreliable, but its level of regulatory client protection remains below that of exchanges with full licenses in the EU, the United Kingdom, or other major regulated jurisdictions.
Licensing and jurisdiction
| Legal Entity | Regulator |
|---|---|
| — | |
| — | |
The main contracting operator of the global BingX platform is Nieve Cruz PA Corporation, registered in Panama's Public Registry under tax number RUC 155764276-2-2025. This is the company identified in the Customer Agreement as the party providing BingX's main services.
The group also uses separate regional entities. BINGX GLOBAL PTY LTD is registered in Australia with AUSTRAC as a Digital Currency Exchange (DCE) provider, while CFD services through MetaTrader 5 are provided by the Mauritius-registered Bingmex Limited, which acts as the regulated party for CFD services. These registrations apply to specific legal entities and do not automatically extend to all services on the global BingX platform.
BingX is also working to obtain European authorization. On 16 June 2026, BingX published an announcement, stating that BingX EU had applied to the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) for authorization as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under MiCA.
Security of funds
From a technical perspective, BingX has implemented a fairly advanced system for protecting funds. The exchange uses a multi-tier architecture of cold, warm, and hot wallets, with most assets stored offline. Transactions are protected by multisignature controls and multi-tier monitoring. The platform has also obtained ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS 4.0.1.
One of the key transparency measures is Proof of Reserves (PoR). BingX publishes data based on a Merkle Tree and allows users to verify that their own assets are included in the reserve calculations. Reports are published regularly, and the stated reserve ratios for the main assets BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC exceed 100%.
In addition, the exchange has established the BingX Shield Fund with a value of more than $150 million. The fund is financed by BingX itself and is intended to cover user losses arising from unforeseen technical problems, vulnerabilities, and cyberattacks. The fund's official page discloses its cryptocurrency reserves, including BTC, ETH, and USDT.
Individual accounts can be protected with multifactor authentication, passkeys, an anti-phishing code, a withdrawal address allowlist, and additional checks on suspicious transactions.
A security assessment should also take into account the incident of 20 September 2024, when attackers gained unauthorized access to one of BingX's hot wallets. The exchange temporarily suspended withdrawals and acknowledged the loss of some assets. According to BingX, user funds were not affected, and withdrawals of major cryptocurrencies were restored in less than a day. After the incident, the company reported stronger wallet protection and cooperation with third-party security specialists.
Account opening
Opening a BingX account is completed entirely online through the website or mobile app. An account can be created in a few minutes, but full use of the exchange requires KYC identity verification. Under BingX's current rules, unverified users cannot make deposits or trade.
Registration

You can register with BingX using an email address or mobile phone number. To create an account, you need to:
- Open the BingX registration page.
- Enter an email address or phone number.
- Create a password containing 8 to 30 alphanumeric characters.
- Enter a referral code if you have one; this field is optional.
- Accept the Customer Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address or phone.
Once your contact details have been verified, the account will be created. For security, it is advisable to enable Google Authenticator and the other available two-factor authentication methods immediately.
Verification
BingX uses the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure to verify client identities. Verification is required for full access to deposits, trading, fiat transactions, and other platform services. Users must be at least 18 years old to complete it.
The advanced KYC verification process is as follows:
- In the profile section, select “Identity Verification” → “Individual Verification”.
- Specify the country or region that issued the document.
- Select the type of identity document.
- Upload photographs of a passport, ID card, or another supported government-issued document.
- Take the required selfie with the document.
- Submit the information for review.
Advanced verification usually takes from 2 to 10 minutes, although it may take longer if additional checks are required.
After advanced KYC is completed, deposit restrictions are removed, full trading and fiat services become available, and the maximum stated withdrawal limit is up to 5 million USDT per 24 hours. For an unverified account, BingX states a withdrawal limit of up to 20,000 USDT per 24 hours, although deposit and trading options are restricted for these users.
Account status | Deposits | Trading | Fiat services | Withdrawal limit per 24 hours |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Without KYC | Restricted | Restricted | Unavailable or restricted | Up to 20,000 USDT |
Advanced KYC | Available | Full access | Available* | Up to 5,000,000 USDT |
* The availability of fiat services depends on the user's country and payment method.
Account types
BingX offers a very broad range of trading and investment services: spot trading, several types of futures, copy trading, bots, a demo account, TradFi, P2P, Earn, loans, LaunchHub, and an API. This range serves beginners as well as active, algorithmic, and more experienced traders.
Spot trading and conversion
The spot account is intended for ordinary cryptocurrency purchases and sales, with direct receipt of the purchased asset. BingX offers more than 700 spot trading pairs and supports both major cryptocurrencies and many lesser-known tokens. Standard market and limit orders are available, along with additional position analysis tools.

For users who do not need a full trading terminal, BingX provides Convert. This service allows users to quickly exchange one supported cryptocurrency for another at the rate quoted by BingX, without placing an order in the order book. Transactions are usually completed almost instantly.
Futures
Futures trading is one of BingX's main areas. The exchange offers standard futures and perpetual USDⓢ-M, Coin-M, and USDC-M contracts. Users can open long and short positions, use cross or isolated margin, apply leverage, and set Take Profit and Stop Loss. The maximum available leverage depends on the specific instrument and position size.

Perpetual contracts have no expiration date and use a funding rate mechanism to keep their price close to the spot market.
EventX
EventX is a separate BingX product for trading on the outcomes of real-world events. Contracts may relate to politics, sports, economics, entertainment, and other current events, and their prices reflect the market's estimate of the probability of a particular outcome.

In classic mode, users select an expected outcome, such as “Yes” or “No,” and can sell the position before the event ends or wait for settlement. BingX also offers an EventX mode with leverage up to 10x, designed for trading changes in the probability of an event. EventX availability depends on the client's country.
TradFi: stocks, ETFs, and other markets
The BingX TradFi offering extends the platform beyond cryptocurrencies. It gives users access to instruments linked to stocks, stock indices, ETFs, currency pairs, precious metals, energy products, and other commodities with leverage up to 1000x. A separate TradFi account is not required: most of these instruments are traded through the futures account using USDT as margin.

It is important to note that buying, for example, a contract on Apple, Tesla, or an ETF does not mean acquiring an actual share or an interest in a fund. BingX provides derivative exposure to changes in the value of the underlying asset, so the client does not become a shareholder or receive the rights associated with direct ownership of securities. Perpetual futures and CFDs are available for certain TradFi instruments. Here are the CFD account parameters:
| Parameter | CFD |
|---|---|
| Account Currency | USDx |
| Minimum Deposit | $1 |
| Spread | 0 pips |
| Commission per Trade | $3.00 |
| Leverage | 1:1-1:500 |
| Order Execution | ECN |
| Trading Platforms | BingX |
| Trading Assets | Forex, Precious Metals, Energy Carriers, Soft Commodities, Indices |
| Margin Call / Stop Out | 100%50% |
| Opened Positions | — |
| Demo Account | No data |
| Islamic Account | No |
Demo trading
For users becoming familiar with futures, BingX offers demo trading with virtual VST (Virtual USDT) funds. The virtual currency is used as margin, while profit and loss are calculated in the same way as in real trading.
The demo account is not connected to the user's real balance, so the results of practice trades do not affect real assets. This lets users test the interface, leverage, order types, and risk management without depositing their own funds.
Trading bots and API
BingX offers built-in tools for automating trading. These include Spot Grid, Spot Infinity Grid, Martingale, Futures Grid, and signal-based strategies. Bots can automatically place trades according to specified parameters, for example by buying an asset when its price falls and selling it when its price rises within a set price range.

Algorithmic traders and developers can use the BingX API. The API provides access to market quotes and order book data, account management, and automated trading in spot and futures markets. Separate API functions are also available for copy trading.
Copy trading
Copy trading is one of BingX's most developed services. Users can choose a trader from the platform's rankings and configure automatic replication of that trader's transactions. BingX supports spot and futures copy trading, and trader profiles display ROI, profit and loss, the percentage of profitable trades, maximum drawdown, Sharpe ratio, risk level, and other metrics.

However, copying a successful trader does not guarantee a profit: past trading results do not determine future returns, and when futures are used, leverage risk is added to ordinary market risk.
Buying cryptocurrency and P2P
In addition to cryptocurrency deposits, BingX lets users buy digital assets with fiat currency. Depending on the region, users may have access to Quick Buy, bank deposits, and P2P. The specific currencies, payment systems, and providers depend on the client's country.

On the P2P marketplace, users buy and sell cryptocurrency directly from one another or from verified merchants. BingX supports more than 80 payment methods, and the seller's cryptocurrency is locked in escrow while an order is active, until payment is confirmed.
BingX Card
BingX Card is a Visa debit card that lets users spend USDT in their BingX account on goods and services. A virtual card is available, while certain clients may also qualify for a physical metal version; Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported. It is not a credit card and does not provide an overdraft.
The virtual BingX Card offers cashback of up to 2%, while the metal card offers up to 5%, with monthly limits applying to rewards. Card availability and specific terms depend on the user's country of residence.
LaunchHub
LaunchHub brings together BingX services for accessing new cryptocurrency projects. It includes Pre-Market, Launchpool, Launchpad, Xpool, and airdrop programs.

Launchpad enables participation in the initial distribution of selected tokens, Launchpool lets users commit supported assets and receive new tokens as rewards, and Pre-Market allows certain assets to be traded before their full spot listing.
BingX Earn and Dual Investment
BingX Earn is designed to generate income from unused cryptocurrency assets. The platform offers products with flexible and fixed terms, as well as certain structured products, including Shark Fin. For flexible products, the APR may change with market conditions, while the terms of fixed-term placements are set when the subscription is made.

BingX also offers Dual Investment — a structured product with “Buy Low” and “Sell High” options. At maturity, the outcome depends on the relationship between the market price and the target price: the user may receive either the original asset or the settlement currency, together with the accrued return. This is not a product that guarantees preservation of the invested value, because the asset may be automatically converted at settlement under the specified terms.
Crypto loans
The Loan service allows users to pledge one cryptocurrency as collateral and borrow another. The borrowed funds can be used for trading or other transactions available on BingX, and the debt can be repaid at any time. The interest rate is calculated separately for each asset and may change.

Because the loan is secured by cryptocurrency, the value of the collateral must be considered: an unfavorable market move and insufficient collateral may create a risk of liquidation.
BingX Shards
BingX Shards is a loyalty and rewards program, not a separate cryptocurrency or trading account. Users receive shards for completing tasks, including trading, making deposits, completing KYC, participating in events, and inviting new clients. The number of accumulated shards determines the user's platform level.
Accumulated Shards may provide access to airdrops, early TGE participation, special trading fees, APR boosters, VIP privileges, and other rewards. Each shard received remains valid for 12 months, after which it expires.
Commissions
BingX exchange fees can be considered low: the 0.1% spot rate is in line with the market, while the 0.02%/0.05% futures rates appear competitive. The VIP program can significantly reduce costs, cryptocurrency deposits are free, and withdrawal fees depend on the asset and network. The terms are particularly favorable for active traders.
Spot trading fees
For a user at VIP 0 the standard BingX spot market fee is 0.10% for both makers and takers. A maker adds liquidity to the order book, while a taker executes an order against existing liquidity. A limit order is not always a maker order: if it executes immediately, the taker fee applies.
Fees decrease substantially as the VIP level rises:
VIP level | Maker | Taker |
|---|---|---|
VIP 0 | 0.10% | 0.10% |
VIP 1 | 0.035% | 0.060% |
VIP 2 | 0.020% | 0.050% |
VIP 3 | 0.015% | 0.045% |
VIP 4 | 0.0125% | 0.0375% |
VIP 5 | 0.010% | 0.0325% |
Supreme VIP | 0.005% | 0.020% |
Compared with other major cryptocurrency exchanges, BingX's base fee of 0.1% for makers and takers is around the market average and is comparable to the fees charged by other cryptocurrency exchanges.
Futures trading fees
For perpetual futures BingX's standard fees are 0.020% for makers and 0.050% for takers. The fee is calculated on the position's notional value and applies when transactions are executed. Rates for VIP clients gradually decrease to 0% for makers and 0.028% for takers at the Supreme VIP level.
VIP level | Maker | Taker |
|---|---|---|
VIP 0 | 0.020% | 0.050% |
VIP 1 | 0.014% | 0.040% |
VIP 2 | 0.012% | 0.0375% |
VIP 3 | 0.010% | 0.035% |
VIP 4 | 0.008% | 0.0315% |
VIP 5 | 0.006% | 0.030% |
Supreme VIP | 0% | 0.028% |
The Standard Futures model is different: the standard rate is 0.045% of the trade volume, and the fee is accounted for when the position is opened and deducted when it is closed.
In addition to the trading fee, holding a futures position may incur a funding fee. This consists of periodic settlements between holders of long and short positions, rather than an ordinary exchange fee. The rate depends on the specific contract and market conditions. For many instruments, settlement occurs every 8 hours, although BingX may reduce the interval to 4 or even 1 hour under certain market conditions.
BingX's perpetual futures fees are fairly competitive: 0.02% for makers and 0.05% for takers are in line with those of the largest exchanges.
TradFi fees
BingX TradFi fees depend on the type of instrument selected. For TradFi Perpetual Futures on stocks, indices, Forex, and commodities, a Maker/Taker model similar to cryptocurrency perpetual futures applies. The base rate for a regular user is 0.02% for makers and 0.05% for takers, while VIP clients receive discounted fees. BingX may, however, set special rates for particular TradFi instruments, regions, and promotional periods, so the actual fee should be checked immediately before opening a trade. Holding perpetual TradFi positions also incurs a funding fee, which is usually calculated every 4–8 hours.
The CFD fee system is different. In standard mode, there is no separate trading commission, and costs are included in the spread. In Ultra-Low Spread mode, the spread is narrower, but a fixed commission is charged per lot: for example, $6 per lot for Forex and metals, $3 for commodities and most stock indices. When a CFD position is held overnight, a swap is also credited or debited, with the amount depending on the instrument and trade direction.
VIP program
BingX offers five main VIP levels and Supreme VIP, which reduce trading fees and provide additional privileges. The level is determined by trading activity or the value of assets in the account. To advance, a user only needs to meet one of three conditions: reach the required 30-day spot trading volume, futures trading volume, or asset balance.
Level | 30-day spot volume | 30-day futures volume | Account assets |
|---|---|---|---|
VIP 0 | — | — | — |
VIP 1 | ≥ 1 million USDT | ≥ 10 million USDT | ≥ 50,000 USDT |
VIP 2 | ≥ 2 million USDT | ≥ 20 million USDT | ≥ 200,000 USDT |
VIP 3 | ≥ 4 million USDT | ≥ 50 million USDT | ≥ 1 million USDT |
VIP 4 | ≥ 6 million USDT* | ≥ 100 million USDT* | ≥ 2 million USDT |
VIP 5 | ≥ 8 million USDT* | ≥ 200 million USDT* | ≥ 3 million USDT |
Supreme VIP | ≥ 15 million USDT* | ≥ 600 million USDT* | — |
* For VIP 4, VIP 5, and Supreme VIP, trading through the API must account for no more than 20% of the eligible trading volume.
The higher the VIP level, the lower the spot and futures fees. VIP clients also receive benefits such as free use of the guaranteed price feature for certain futures orders, discounts on crypto loan interest, monthly airdrops, and other special offers.
Deposit and withdrawal fees
BingX does not charge a fee for standard cryptocurrency deposits. When sending funds to a BingX address, users pay only any network fee charged by the wallet or exchange from which the transfer is made.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals incur a fee whose amount depends on the coin and selected blockchain network. BingX calculates it dynamically based on network conditions and displays the fee and the actual amount to be received before the transaction is confirmed. For example, the cost of withdrawing USDT can differ substantially between ERC-20 and less expensive networks.
Bank card transactions, bank transfers, and third-party fiat providers may involve additional charges that depend on the country, currency, and specific payment service. Their cost should therefore be checked immediately before the transaction.
Deposit and withdrawal
BingX offers several ways to deposit and withdraw funds: cryptocurrency transfers over a blockchain, bank cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the P2P marketplace. Fiat options vary considerably by the user's country and payment partners, so available currencies, fees, and limits should be checked directly in the account.
Cryptocurrency deposits
A BingX account can be funded by transferring cryptocurrency from an external wallet or another exchange. In the Assets → Deposit section, select the coin, blockchain network, and account to which the funds should be credited. BingX will then generate a deposit address and QR code to which the assets should be sent.

BingX does not charge its own fee for cryptocurrency deposits. The user pays the blockchain fee or the fee charged by the platform from which the funds are sent. Deposit speed depends on the network and its load: a transfer usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few dozen minutes, although processing may take longer when the blockchain is congested.
Each coin and network has its own minimum deposit amount. If less than the stated minimum is sent, the funds may not be credited, so this parameter should be checked before the transfer.
Fiat deposits
BingX offers several ways to use fiat currencies:
- Visa and Mastercard bank cards. The Quick Buy feature allows users to buy cryptocurrency directly with a debit or credit card. This requires KYC and generally transaction confirmation through 3D Secure. The payment itself is processed almost immediately, although final crediting can occasionally take a few minutes.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available for cryptocurrency purchases in supported regions.
- Bank transfer. Depending on the country, BingX supports payment channels such as SEPA, SWIFT, and PIX. With a direct Fiat Deposit, money is credited to the BingX fiat balance and can then be converted into cryptocurrency. Bank transfers may take from one to several business days.
- P2P. The user buys cryptocurrency directly from another marketplace participant, while BingX locks the seller's assets until the transaction is completed. The P2P marketplace supports more than 80 payment methods, including bank transfers and local payment services. BingX does not charge a fee for standard P2P transactions.
Buying through P2P requires KYC, and the name of the payment account holder must match the name on the BingX account. In addition, assets purchased through P2P may be subject to a restriction known as T+1: for 24 hours, they cannot be withdrawn from the platform or resold through P2P, although they may be used for trading on BingX.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals
To withdraw cryptocurrency, open Assets → Withdraw, select the coin and withdrawal method. BingX supports two options:
- On-Chain Withdrawal — a transfer to an external blockchain address.
- Internal Transfer — an internal transfer to another BingX user by UID, phone number, or email address.
Internal BingX transfers are completed without a fee. For a blockchain withdrawal, enter the recipient's address, network, and amount. Before the transaction is confirmed, the platform displays the fee and the final amount of cryptocurrency that will arrive in the external wallet.
The blockchain withdrawal fee depends on the coin and selected network and may change with blockchain conditions. For example, the cost of withdrawing USDT through different supported networks can vary substantially. A minimum withdrawal amount is also set for each coin and network combination.
After BingX processes the request, the transaction must receive the required number of blockchain confirmations. The full process usually takes around 10–120 minutes, although the actual time depends on the specific network.
Fiat withdrawals
The availability of direct fiat withdrawals does not extend to every country or every currency. In supported regions, the user can first convert cryptocurrency into fiat and then withdraw funds from the Fiat Account to their own bank account. BingX uses third-party payment partners for these transactions.
A more widely available alternative is P2P. The user selects the cryptocurrency sales section, fiat currency, and a suitable buyer, then receives payment directly into a bank account, onto a card, or through another supported payment method. BingX does not charge a standard P2P transaction fee, but the exchange rate is set by the advertiser.
Limits
BingX's main limits depend primarily on KYC completion. Under the exchange's current rules, advanced verification is required for full trading, deposits, and fiat transactions.
Account status | Deposit limit | Maximum withdrawal per 24 hours | Trading | Fiat transactions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Without KYC | Unavailable | Up to 20,000 USDT | Unavailable | Unavailable |
Advanced KYC | No overall limit | Up to 5,000,000 USDT | Available | Available |
All cryptocurrencies are converted to their USDT equivalent when calculating the daily withdrawal limit.
Markets and products
BingX offers considerably more than ordinary spot cryptocurrency trading. One platform combines spot trading, several types of futures, copy trading, TradFi, EventX, automated strategies, passive income tools, and services for buying cryptocurrency with fiat.
Main BingX markets and services
Cryptocurrency markets form the core of BingX's offering, but in recent years the exchange has been actively expanding access to traditional financial instruments through TradFi.

Supported cryptocurrencies
The selection of digital assets is one of BingX's strengths. The spot market offers more than 700 trading pairs. This places BingX among the exchanges with one of the widest ranges of tokens.
The platform lists the largest cryptocurrencies — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP, BNB, Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), TRON (TRX) — alongside stablecoins, DeFi tokens, memecoins, AI projects, and many new assets with relatively small market capitalizations.
Trading platforms
BingX offers several ways to trade: its own web platform, mobile apps for iOS and Android, an API, TradingView integration, and MetaTrader 5 for CFDs. This combination meets the needs of regular users as well as active and algorithmic traders.
Web platform
BingX's main desktop trading terminal is its web platform, which is available directly through a browser without installing software. Users can trade spot and futures, and use TradFi, copy trading, bots, EventX, and other exchange services.

The trading interface follows the familiar layout used by major cryptocurrency exchanges: the chart is positioned next to the order book and trade feed, while the order entry panel allows positions to be managed quickly. Spot trading supports market, limit, trigger, TP/SL, and OCO orders. Perpetual futures also support trailing stops, Post Only, leverage management, and cross and isolated margin.
The platform includes TradingView charts with technical indicators and drawing tools. For futures, it offers Ultra TradingView, which lets users open and edit orders, set Take Profit and Stop Loss, and close or reverse positions directly from the chart.
Mobile apps
The official BingX app is available for Android and iOS. The Android version can be installed through Google Play or directly from an APK file on the BingX website, while the iPhone app is distributed through the App Store; a beta version is also available through TestFlight.

The mobile app nearly matches the web version in functionality. It includes spot and futures trading, TradFi, copy trading, trading bots, P2P, Earn, cryptocurrency purchases, and account management. Charts, the order book, various order types, price alerts, and position management tools are available.

The BingX Android app has more than 10 million installations on Google Play, demonstrating the mobile platform's wide adoption.
TradingView
Integration with TradingView is implemented at several levels on BingX. First, TradingView charts are integrated directly into the trading terminal. Users can access numerous time frames, technical indicators, drawing tools, and different price display options.
In 2026, BingX launched the futures mode Ultra TradingView, which allows positions to be managed directly on the chart: users can place quick orders, move them, set and modify TP/SL, use trailing stops, and close or reverse a position. This is particularly convenient for active intraday trading.

In addition, BingX supports the external TradingView platform and trading automation through TradingView Alerts and webhook. Signals from a TradingView strategy can be automatically sent to BingX and executed on perpetual futures. Using a TradingView webhook requires the relevant paid TradingView subscription.
MetaTrader 5
MetaTrader 5 (MT5) is the platform BingX uses for CFD trading in traditional financial markets. Forex, metals, stock indices, commodities, and other CFDs are available through MT5. These services are provided by the separate company Bingmex Limited. MT5 is not the main terminal for BingX's ordinary spot or futures cryptocurrency trading.
To begin, the user opens a CFD account with BingX and then receives the MT5 account number and trading server address. The current server name is Bingmex-Live. Funds are transferred from the main BingX account to the CFD account: USDT is converted into the internal USDx settlement unit at a 1:1 ratio.
CFDs can be traded in three ways: directly through the BingX website, the mobile app, or MT5 for PC/WebTrader. Balances, open positions, pending orders, and history are synchronized between the terminals in real time.

MT5's advantage is its substantially more advanced set of tools for professional CFD trading: custom indicators, multiple charts displayed simultaneously, Expert Advisors, and automated strategies are available. For BingX users focused on Forex and other TradFi instruments, MT5 is therefore the most capable external terminal.
Analytics
BingX has its own set of information and analytical tools that go beyond the standard charts in the trading terminal. Users can access a news aggregator, an official blog with market content, a market screener, pages with detailed information on individual assets, and a cryptocurrency calculator. Some tools, however, are designed more for quick market monitoring than for in-depth fundamental analysis.
BingX News
BingX News is a built-in news aggregator that collects publications from various external sources and allows users to follow events that may affect cryptocurrencies and traditional financial markets.

For some publications, BingX adds AI analysis: a brief event summary, the level of potential impact, related assets, and an indicative assessment of the market impact. For example, the system may identify BTC/USDT as the affected pair and label the news impact as bullish or bearish.
BingX Blog
BingX Blog differs from the news aggregator in that it contains BingX's own editorial and corporate content.

The blog frequently publishes reviews of cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities, and macroeconomic events. For example, BingX analyzes Federal Reserve decisions, inflation indicators, the outlook for gold, the financial reports of major companies, and the effects of such events on financial markets.
The BingX blog is useful not only for following exchange updates but also as an additional source of market analysis. In terms of research depth, however, it is more like an informational and analytical portal than a specialized institutional service.
Cryptocurrency screener
The BingX website provides its own screener for quickly finding and comparing trading instruments.

The spot market includes thematic categories such as 0 Fees, Stocks, Tokenized Commodities, Perp DEX, RWA, MEME, Layer 1 & Layer 2, AI, Prediction Markets and others. This lets users quickly move from the full market list to a specific segment.
For each instrument, the table displays:
- trading pair;
- latest price;
- 24-hour change;
- 24-hour high;
- 24-hour low;
- a quick link to trading.
A search bar lets users find the required coin or ticker without reviewing the entire list. The tool is more accurately described as a catalog-style market screener, rather than a professional quantitative screener: it does not allow users to create complex filters based on RSI, volatility, market capitalization, or combinations of technical indicators.
Cryptocurrency calculator
The cryptocurrency calculator quickly converts the value of a cryptocurrency into a fiat currency or another digital asset. The tool aggregates current prices for more than 10,000 cryptocurrencies and supports a large number of cryptocurrency-to-fiat combinations.

Users only need to select the source asset and settlement currency and enter the amount; the calculator then automatically displays the current value. Available fiat currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, and JPY, among others, and direct conversion between different cryptocurrencies is also supported.
Prices are updated every few seconds, making the tool convenient for quickly estimating the value of a portfolio, trade, or potential purchase.
Education
BingX has an extensive educational library suitable for beginners and more experienced users. Its main resource is BingX Academy, with numerous articles and practical guides on cryptocurrencies, trading, Web3, and TradFi. A separate glossary complements the Academy. All materials are available free of charge.
BingX Academy
BingX Academy is the exchange's educational section, bringing together articles, guides, and courses on cryptocurrencies and financial markets.

The volume of content is fairly large. For example, the Academy contains more than 230 items on trading strategies, more than 180 on technical analysis, over 220 on RWA, around 90 on DeFi and dozens of articles on individual blockchains and cryptocurrencies. Publications show the difficulty level, for example Basic or Intermediate, as well as the approximate reading time.
A separate BingX Guide section focuses specifically on using the platform. It includes step-by-step materials on spot and futures trading, copy trading, and basic exchange functions, from the first cryptocurrency purchase to using the order book, charts, and trading orders. The Academy therefore combines general theory with practical instructions for using BingX.
Another feature is the BingX AI Learning Assistant, which is available around the clock. Users can ask it questions about cryptocurrency fundamentals and more complex trading topics and receive explanations directly in the educational section. This makes the Academy more interactive than an ordinary article library.
Glossary
The glossary is a separate reference for terms related to blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and trading. It is intended primarily for beginners who need to quickly understand an unfamiliar concept without reading a long article.
The glossary includes keyword search, and individual terms open on dedicated pages with a brief explanation.
The glossary complements the Academy well, but it remains a reference tool in terms of depth and does not replace full educational materials.
Customer support
BingX provides around-the-clock support through online chat, a ticket system, and email. A detailed Help Center and automated suggestions are available for most standard questions, but complex account reviews, withdrawal restrictions, or Risk Control investigations can take considerably longer. Support quality can therefore be regarded as good for routine issues but less consistent in unusual situations.
Support contact channels
BingX offers several ways to contact customer support:
- 24/7 online chat. Available on the website and in the mobile app. This is the main channel for quick questions and standard problems.
- Ticket / Leave a message. Suitable for more complex requests where the situation needs to be described in detail and screenshots or documents attached.
- Email: support@bingx.com. This can be used for requests that require additional review or the transfer of materials to a specialist department.
- Case Registration Form. Used in cases of fraud, account compromise, and other serious incidents. Once registered, the case may be referred to the legal department or another specialist unit.
- BingX Verify. A separate tool for checking official email addresses, social media accounts, Telegram contacts, and other BingX representatives.
BingX does not list a separate official customer support phone number. The exchange has accounts on Telegram, X, and other social networks, but these are best used only as an additional source of information; account-related matters should be handled through the official chat, tickets, or email.
Support competence
For standard questions, the BingX support system is fairly well organized. Users can first consult the Help Center, then contact online chat or create a ticket. Issues requiring a more thorough review are referred to specialist teams, such as Risk Control, compliance, or legal. In cases of fraud, BingX provides a separate procedure for registering the case and submitting materials for further investigation.
However, first-line staff cannot always resolve problems related to account restrictions or source-of-funds checks themselves. Recent public reviews describe cases in which chat agents mainly redirected the client to a specialist department and could not provide an exact completion date for the review. There are also complaints about templated responses and the need to make several follow-up requests.
Conclusion
BingX is a major international cryptocurrency exchange that combines spot and futures trading with copy trading, trading bots, EventX, Earn, P2P, and other services. Its separate TradFi offering provides access to derivatives on stocks, Forex, indices, metals, and commodities. The platform also offers competitive fees, TradingView integration, an API, and MetaTrader 5 for CFDs, so BingX's functionality extends well beyond that of an ordinary cryptocurrency exchange.
The exchange may suit both beginners who value demo trading, education, and trade copying, and more experienced traders who use futures, automated strategies, and a broad range of markets. BingX may be of particular interest to those who want to trade cryptocurrencies and TradFi instruments within one ecosystem.
FAQ
What is BingX?
BingX is an international cryptocurrency exchange, operating since 2018. The platform offers spot and futures trading, copy trading, trading bots, Earn, P2P, and TradFi instruments.
Is BingX safe?
BingX uses multifactor authentication, cold asset storage, Proof of Reserves, and its own Shield Fund valued at more than $150 million. However, the exchange's main global operator does not hold a full license from a major financial regulator. In addition, BingX experienced a hot-wallet hack in September 2024. Its security can therefore be considered fairly strong from a technical perspective, but not at the highest level in terms of regulation and incident history.
How does BingX work?
Users create a single BingX account, deposit cryptocurrency or buy assets with fiat, and can then distribute funds among spot, futures, and other accounts. On the spot market, the cryptocurrency itself is purchased, while futures allow leveraged long and short positions. Copy trading, bots, Earn, P2P, and TradFi are also available.
How do I use BingX?
To begin, register, complete KYC, configure two-factor authentication, and fund the account. You can then select the required section, for example Spot for a regular cryptocurrency purchase or Futures for derivatives trading. Beginners should try demo trading and review the BingX Academy materials before using real capital.
How do I open a BingX account?
On the BingX website or in the app, click Sign Up, enter an email address or phone number, and create a password of 8–30 characters containing letters and numbers. Then confirm the registration with the code from an SMS or email. Advanced KYC requires an identity document and a facial verification check.
How do I deposit funds on BingX?
For a cryptocurrency deposit, go to Assets → Deposit, select the coin and blockchain network, copy the BingX address that is generated, and send funds to it from an external wallet. The selected network must match on both sides of the transfer.
Fiat funds can be deposited using the methods available in the relevant country. BingX offers P2P, Quick Buy, and Fiat Deposit, including cards and certain bank transfers through payment partners. KYC is required for fiat transactions.
How do I trade on BingX?
For spot trading, open Spot, select a trading pair such as BTC/USDT, and click Buy or Sell. Then select the order type—market, limit, trigger, or TP/SL—enter the amount, and confirm the order.
For leveraged trading, use Futures. Before trading futures, the increased risk of position liquidation should be considered.
How do I sell cryptocurrency on BingX?
Open Spot, select the pair containing the required cryptocurrency, such as BTC/USDT, and select Sell, then enter a market or limit order and the number of coins. Once the trade is executed, you will receive the second asset in the trading pair, such as USDT.
To receive fiat currency, cryptocurrency can be sold through BingX P2P and payment received through an available bank or payment method.
How do I withdraw money from BingX?
To withdraw cryptocurrency, go to Assets → Withdraw, select the coin and On-Chain Withdrawal, and enter the recipient's address, the appropriate network, and the amount. Before confirmation, BingX will display the fee and final amount to be received. Internal transfers between BingX users are completed without a fee.
Fiat withdrawals are available only for certain currencies and regions. An alternative is to sell cryptocurrency through P2P and receive the money directly into a bank account or through another available method.
How do I delete a BingX account?
Before deletion, you must withdraw all funds and close all open positions. You can then go to the account deletion page and submit a request. BingX will check that no assets remain in the account, no positions are open, and the account has not been compromised.
Deletion is irreversible: the account cannot be recovered after the procedure is completed. The request takes 1 to 5 business days.
