WhiteBIT is an international fintech company and cryptocurrency exchange founded in Ukraine on November 16, 2018. The project was founded by Ukrainian entrepreneur Volodymyr Nosov. Today, WhiteBIT is part of the W Group ecosystem and operates internationally.

WhiteBIT's core business is providing infrastructure for trading and working with digital assets. The platform offers spot, margin, and futures cryptocurrency trading, transactions in national currencies, and other blockchain-related services.

WhiteBIT Review Summary

WhiteBIT's scores in this review are based on our proprietary analysis system, which considers company reliability, trading conditions, fees, available markets, platforms, deposit and withdrawal methods, support quality, and other important factors. You can learn more about the criteria and scoring principles in our broker rating methodology.

Below, we examine every aspect of WhiteBIT, explore the platform's strengths and weaknesses, and determine how suitable it is for different types of users. Continue reading for a complete overview of WhiteBIT.

Reliability and Regulation

Rating:5/5

WhiteBIT demonstrates a high level of reliability thanks to the European division's MiCA authorization by Austria's FMA, cold storage of most client assets, independent security audits, and compliance with international data-protection standards. Proof of Reserves and a proprietary insurance fund are additional advantages.

WhiteBIT's most significant license is the authorization of WhiteBIT EU under the MiCA regulation. Austria's Financial Market Authority (FMA) granted it to WB-Shield Innovations GmbH. The license permits custody and administration of crypto assets, exchanging cryptocurrencies for funds and other crypto assets, placing crypto assets, and transferring them on behalf of clients. MiCA also imposes requirements on CASP organization, disclosure, client protection, and prevention of market abuse.

WhiteBIT's global structure is more complex. WhiteBIT Group includes several companies in different jurisdictions, while Switzerland-based WB Technologies AG is a financial intermediary and a member of the VQF self-regulatory organization under Swiss anti-money-laundering law. WhiteBIT also uses Panama-registered Peak Horizon Corp. for global cryptocurrency operations.

Fund Security

From a technical standpoint, WhiteBIT demonstrates a high level of protection. According to the company, about 96% of digital assets are held in cold wallets protected by multisignature access. A Web Application Firewall (WAF) protects the web infrastructure. WhiteBIT also reports an insurance fund covering up to $30 million of assets in cold storage. This is the exchange's own protection mechanism, not a government deposit-guarantee scheme.

WhiteBIT has also undergone independent Hacken cybersecurity audits and received CCSS Level 3 certification. CER.live currently gives the exchange an AAA security rating and a score of 100%. WhiteBIT also claims compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, and PCI DSS Level 1 and publishes Proof of Reserves verification results.

Account Opening

Rating:4.5/5

Opening a WhiteBIT account is straightforward: registration is completed online and takes a few minutes. Identity verification (KYC) is required for full access to trading and real-money transactions. Without KYC, users can explore the platform interface and use demo tokens, but deposits and withdrawals are unavailable.

Registration

To create an account, click “Get Started” on the WhiteBIT website and enter an email address and password. The password must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a special character. Registration through Google and Apple accounts is also available. A referral ID can be entered at this stage.

WhiteBIT Registration Form
WhiteBIT Registration Form

After accepting the user agreement and privacy policy, WhiteBIT sends a four-digit confirmation code to the user's email. The code remains valid for 15 minutes. Entering it activates the account. Therefore, registration requires very little information and usually takes only a few minutes.

Verification

WhiteBIT uses a multi-level KYC system. Available features depend on the user's verification level.

Level

Requirements

Initial

Account registration and email confirmation

Access to additional features, including fiat deposits and withdrawals. Exact requirements depend on the user's country and services used

Completing the main application usually takes about 3–4 minutes. Most applications are reviewed within an hour, although checks may take up to 24 hours during periods of high demand. The verification result is sent by email and displayed in the account settings.

Account Types

Rating:5/5

WhiteBIT does not use a traditional trading-account model with different minimum deposits or execution conditions. After registration, users receive a single account providing access to spot, margin, and futures trading, investment products, payment services, and WhiteBIT ecosystem tools. Available features depend on the KYC level and country of residence.

Spot Trading

WhiteBIT's spot market is designed for ordinary cryptocurrency purchases and sales, with the purchased asset credited to the user's balance. The trading terminal includes charts, including TradingView, an order book, trade history, and information about fees and the selected trading pair.

WhiteBIT Spot Trading Platform
WhiteBIT Spot Trading Platform

Market and limit orders are available, along with more advanced order types and the Multi-Limit tool, which can simultaneously create a grid of up to 15 limit orders within a specified price range.

Margin Trading

Margin trading allows users to open positions with borrowed funds and potentially profit from both rising and falling asset prices. The client's own funds on the Collateral Balance serve as security.

Leverage on WhiteBIT
Leverage on WhiteBIT

WhiteBIT offers leverage of up to 1:10 on the margin market. A separate fee is charged for borrowed funds. The platform supports risk controls, including Margin Call, partial liquidation, and automatic cancellation of open orders when liquidation is imminent. Leveraged trading significantly increases both potential profit and potential losses.

Futures

WhiteBIT offers perpetual futures trading. Users can open long and short positions and use leverage of up to 1:100. Perpetual contracts use a Funding Rate mechanism—periodic payments between holders of Long and Short positions—which helps keep the contract price close to the underlying asset's price.

WhiteBIT Futures Trading Platform
WhiteBIT Futures Trading Platform

In addition to standard One-way Mode, Hedge Mode allows users to hold Long and Short positions in the same trading pair simultaneously. This expands hedging opportunities but makes risk management more complex.

Bots

WhiteBIT offers built-in trading bots for automation. Available solutions include Spot Grid, which automatically places a grid of orders within a selected price range, and Spot DCA (Martingale), which gradually increases a position as the price falls and closes it when the specified profit target is reached.

Creating a Bot on WhiteBIT

Users can set strategy parameters themselves or use system-suggested settings. Projected returns shown for some automated strategies are based on historical data and do not guarantee future results.

Tournaments

WhiteBIT regularly holds trading tournaments. Participants compete on specified trading pairs, and rankings may be based on trading volume, realized profit and loss, or a combination of indicators. Each competition's terms are published separately.

Tournaments on WhiteBIT
Tournaments on WhiteBIT

Rewards also depend on the tournament and may include cryptocurrencies, cash prizes, NFTs, branded merchandise, and other bonuses. Tournaments are an additional platform activity and do not affect standard trading-account conditions.

API

WhiteBIT provides an advanced API for algorithmic trading and third-party integrations. REST API and WebSocket are available, with interfaces divided into public and private endpoints. The API can retrieve market data, manage orders and trading operations, access balances, and automate other account actions.

Public APIs provide quotes, order books, and trade history without authorization, while account management and trading require an API key. This functionality makes WhiteBIT suitable not only for ordinary traders but also for algorithmic strategies and professional integrations.

Buying and Exchanging Cryptocurrency

Users who do not need a full trading terminal can use services for buying and converting cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency can be purchased directly with national currency through an available payment method. Depending on the country, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ZEN, and other payment methods may be supported.

Buying Cryptocurrency on WhiteBIT
Buying Cryptocurrency on WhiteBIT

Conversion enables quick exchanges between supported currencies without manually placing an exchange order. KYC is required. It is a simpler option for beginners, although larger transactions warrant comparing the offered rate with the spot-market price.

P2P Express

P2P Express is a fast UAH ↔ USDT exchange service for users in Ukraine. It allows users to buy USDT with hryvnias from a bank card or sell USDT and receive hryvnias on a Ukrainian bank card. The exchange is completed through a third-party P2P provider.

WhiteBIT charges no separate fee for P2P Express, but the exchange rate is determined by the market and payment provider and may change during the transaction. Processing usually takes from one minute to one hour.

Nova Card

WhiteBIT is developing its own line of Nova payment cards. Nova USD is a virtual USD-denominated Visa card available to whitebit.com users in supported countries after additional verification. It allows purchases to be paid from supported crypto assets, which are automatically converted through USD.

QuickSend

QuickSend enables fast cryptocurrency transfers between WhiteBIT users. The sender only needs to find the recipient by nickname or scan a QR code; no blockchain address is required. The minimum transfer amount is equivalent to 1 USDT.

Transfers are confirmed using an email code and 2FA or a Passkey. QuickSend is currently available only to users outside the EU.

WB Check

WB Check is an unusual WhiteBIT payment tool that allows cryptocurrency to be sent to someone who does not need an exchange account in advance. The sender creates a digital “check” for a specified amount and can share it as a protected link, a PDF with a QR code, or by email.

Revocable and irrevocable checks are available. They remain valid for up to 5 years, and the creation fee is 0.5% of the amount. The sender needs a verified account to create a WB Check, while the recipient can withdraw the cryptocurrency to a compatible external wallet.

Gift Cards

WhiteBIT allows users to buy digital gift cards from various brands with cryptocurrency. After purchase, the user receives a digital card that can be used according to the specific merchant's terms.

Crypto Loans

Crypto loans allow users to borrow cryptocurrency against their own digital assets. Collateral is placed on the Collateral Balance, after which borrowed assets can be used for trading, transferred to other users, or withdrawn from the platform.

There is no fixed loan term, providing flexible management of borrowed funds. However, the loan is secured by cryptocurrency, so a decline in collateral value may trigger a Margin Call and subsequent partial or full liquidation.

Crypto Lending

WhiteBIT offers a tool for earning interest on cryptocurrency. It works similarly to a bank deposit: users provide certain digital assets to the exchange, and WhiteBIT uses this liquidity, including to finance margin and futures trading.

Crypto Lending on WhiteBIT
Crypto Lending on WhiteBIT

Fixed and flexible plans are available. Fixed plans specify the rate and term in advance; ordinary early closure may forfeit accrued income. Flexible plans have no mandatory lock-up period: funds can be withdrawn at any time while retaining accrued income. Interest is calculated hourly and paid daily, but the rate may change.

Auto-Invest and Crypto Bundles

Auto-Invest enables recurring automatic purchases of a selected cryptocurrency. The user chooses the asset, amount, and schedule, after which WhiteBIT deducts funds from the balance and executes purchases automatically. Active plans can be paused, edited, or disabled.

Crypto Bundles allow users to invest in a collection of 2–20 crypto assets in specified proportions through one transaction. One-time and recurring daily, weekly, or monthly purchases are available. The minimum investment is 50 USD. Users can track bundle composition and historical performance, but past results do not guarantee future returns.

WhiteBIT Coin (WBT)

WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) is the native coin of the WhiteBIT ecosystem and Whitechain blockchain. Its maximum supply is limited to 400 million WBT, with no additional issuance planned.

WhiteBIT has two primary WBT mechanisms: Owning, when coins simply remain on the main balance, and Holding, when users lock them. Depending on the amount of WBT, users may receive lower trading fees, free AML checks, a certain number of free ETH/ERC-20 withdrawals, Margin Funding discounts, access to selected Launchpads, and other ecosystem benefits.

WBT therefore serves both speculative and utility purposes within WhiteBIT. Its market value can fluctuate significantly, so buying the coin solely for privileges also involves price risk.

WB Soul

WB Soul is a unique digital user identifier on the Whitechain blockchain that connects a WhiteBIT account to the network's Web3 ecosystem. KYC-verified users with a connected Web3 wallet can create a WB Soul. Personal data is not transferred directly to the blockchain.

WB Soul contains changeable attributes, such as verification status and the amount of WBT in Holding, and may contain non-transferable Soulbound Tokens (SBT) used for achievements, rewards, and other ecosystem functions.

WB Soul is linked to the SoulDrop mechanism: users with a WB Soul and at least 10 WBT in Holding can receive periodic WBT rewards. The reward depends on the Holding level and is calculated for complete 30-day periods.

Commissions

Rating:5/5

WhiteBIT's fees are generally competitive with major cryptocurrency exchanges. Active clients can also use a VIP program that reduces trading fees.

Deposit and withdrawal costs should be considered separately. Cryptocurrency deposits are free for most supported assets, while withdrawal fees depend on the coin and blockchain. For fiat currencies, transaction costs depend on the currency and payment provider.

Spot Fees

WhiteBIT's standard spot-trading fee is 0.1% for both maker and taker. The fee applies only when an order is executed; creating or canceling an order is free. Rates may differ for certain trading pairs.

Futures Fees

On the perpetual futures market, the standard fee is 0.01% for maker and 0.055% for taker. Rates may vary for individual contracts, but the standard taker fee does not exceed 0.055%.

Perpetual futures traders must also consider the Funding Rate. This is not a WhiteBIT fee: payments are made directly between traders holding opposite positions. Funding is normally calculated every 8 hours at 00:00, 08:00, and 16:00 UTC, although the schedule may change with market conditions.

VIP Program

WhiteBIT offers active traders a VIP program in which trading fees gradually decrease as the level rises.

Deposit and Withdrawal

Rating:5/5

WhiteBIT offers a fairly broad selection of deposit and withdrawal methods: cryptocurrency transfers, bank cards, bank transfers, and various payment services. Available fiat methods depend on the currency, the user's country, and provider availability. KYC is required for deposits and withdrawals.

Cryptocurrency Deposits

To deposit cryptocurrency, open “Balances — Wallet”, select the asset, and click Deposit. Then select the blockchain network and obtain a WhiteBIT wallet address to which funds must be sent from an external wallet or another exchange. Some cryptocurrencies also require a Memo or Destination Tag.

Depositing Cryptocurrency on WhiteBIT
Depositing Cryptocurrency on WhiteBIT

It is particularly important to select the same network on the sender's side and on WhiteBIT. If an asset supports multiple blockchains, sending it through an unsupported network may result in loss of funds.

Most cryptocurrency deposits on WhiteBIT do not incur an exchange fee. The sender usually pays a network fee to the wallet or platform from which the transfer is made. The minimum deposit depends on the asset and network; for BTC, for example, it is 0.0001 BTC.

The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on the blockchain and the required number of confirmations. Some transfers are credited almost immediately, while others take longer during periods of high network load.

Fiat Deposits

WhiteBIT's fiat balance can be funded through bank cards and payment providers. Go to “Balances — Wallet”, select the required national currency, click Deposit, and choose one of the available payment methods. The exact list depends on the currency and region.

Methods available on the platform include:

  • Visa/Mastercard;
  • SEPA and SEPA Instant for EUR;
  • bank transfers;
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay;
  • ZEN;
  • local Card Transfer and IBAN Transfer;
  • other payment providers depending on the country.

The Buy Crypto service enables quick cryptocurrency purchases. Users select a fiat currency and cryptocurrency and pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Users in Ukraine can also use P2P Express to exchange UAH for USDT through a third-party P2P service.

Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

To withdraw cryptocurrency, transfer the asset to the Main Balance, open the Withdrawal form, select the coin and blockchain network, and enter the recipient's address and amount. If the asset requires a Memo or Destination Tag, it must also be entered correctly.

WhiteBIT allows users to select the currency used to pay the withdrawal fee. For example, when withdrawing BTC, the network fee can be paid with another supported cryptocurrency from the balance; the system automatically converts it into the required asset. The minimum withdrawal and current fee are displayed before confirmation.

Requests are confirmed by an email code and, if two-factor authentication is enabled, a 2FA code. Email confirmation may not be required when using a Passkey. Withdrawals are usually processed within one minute to one hour, although network or provider congestion may cause delays.

Fiat Withdrawals

Fiat funds are withdrawn from the Wallet section. Users select a currency and available payment provider, enter the details and amount, and confirm the transaction. Available methods depend on the currency and region. WhiteBIT warns that withdrawals to a third party's card may be rejected.

The main options include:

  • Visa/Mastercard for supported currencies;
  • SEPA for EUR;
  • bank transfers;
  • Card Transfer for UAH;
  • SWIFT and WIRE for USD;
  • ZEN and other regional payment services.

Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 minute–1 hour, although actual receipt also depends on the bank or payment provider. SEPA requires additional IBAN verification for the first withdrawal.

Limits

WhiteBIT has no single limit for all deposit and withdrawal methods. Limits are set separately for each currency, cryptocurrency, network, and payment provider. Maximum amounts may therefore differ significantly even for the same fiat currency.

Rating:5/5

WhiteBIT offers a wide range of markets and cryptocurrency products: from standard spot trading to margin transactions, perpetual futures, Crypto Lending, loans, automated strategies, and payment services. The platform provides more than 340 crypto assets and over 700 trading pairs.

Unlike exchanges focused exclusively on cryptocurrencies, WhiteBIT is also developing derivatives linked to traditional financial markets. In 2026, TradFi pairs tracking gold, stocks, and stock indices appeared on the futures platform. Buying these contracts does not mean acquiring the corresponding stock, ETF, or physical commodity.

WhiteBIT's spot market supports standard unleveraged trading, while the margin market offers leverage up to 10x. Maximum leverage for perpetual futures reaches 100x.

The TradFi futures introduced in 2026 deserve special attention. They allow users to speculate on traditional-market instruments through perpetual contracts. XAU-PERP is linked to gold, TSLA-PERP to Tesla stock, and SPY-PERP to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF. This expands market choice, but users trade a cryptocurrency derivative rather than owning the underlying asset.

Supported Cryptocurrencies

The platform currently provides access to 300+ crypto assets and 700+ trading pairs. It supports more than 80 blockchain networks. The exact number of coins and pairs changes as new projects are added and existing assets are delisted.

The selection includes nearly every major category of digital asset:

  • largest cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), XRP, Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), TRON (TRX), and others;
  • stablecoins: USDT, USDC, EURI, USD1, and others;
  • DeFi and infrastructure tokens: numerous assets from different blockchain ecosystems;
  • meme coins and new projects: WhiteBIT regularly adds new tokens after completing its listing procedure;
  • WhiteBIT Coin (WBT): the proprietary coin of the WhiteBIT ecosystem and Whitechain blockchain.

One WhiteBIT advantage is the presence of fiat markets alongside crypto-to-crypto markets. Trading pairs are available with USD, EUR, UAH, KZT, and TRY. Examples include BTC/KZT, SOL/UAH, DOT/TRY, and numerous cryptocurrency pairs with EUR. This is particularly convenient for users who want to trade digital assets directly against a national currency without first converting it to USDT.

Trading Platforms

Rating:4.5/5

The exchange offers a convenient, functional web platform, full-featured iOS and Android apps, direct TradingView integration, and advanced REST/WebSocket APIs for algorithmic trading. The toolset is sufficient for beginners, active traders, and professionals.

WhiteBIT's web platform runs directly in a browser and requires no additional software. A single interface provides spot, margin, and futures trading, trading bots, balance management, cryptocurrency purchasing and exchange, Crypto Lending, Auto-Invest, and other exchange products.

  • P&L and target-price calculators for margin trading.

WhiteBIT offers 7 main order types: Market, Limit, Advanced-Limit, Stop-Market, Stop-Limit, Multi-Limit, and OCO. Multi-Limit places several limit orders simultaneously, while OCO combines two linked orders, one of which is automatically canceled when the other executes.

Users can display prices with WhiteBIT's proprietary chart or the built-in TradingView Advanced Chart. TradingView provides indicators, drawing tools, chart customization, and other technical-analysis capabilities. Market depth can also be analyzed in the web version.

Overall, WhiteBIT's web terminal is sufficiently functional for beginners and active traders. TradingView integration is particularly useful because technical analysis does not require opening a separate platform.

Mobile Apps

WhiteBIT offers an official mobile app for iOS and Android. The Android version can also be downloaded directly from the WhiteBIT website as an APK.

The app is divided into five main tabs:

Section

The app supports trading orders, futures and margin position management, deposits and withdrawals, bank-card cryptocurrency purchases, bots, and additional WhiteBIT products. Price alerts and quote-tracking widgets are also available.

However, the mobile terminal is somewhat less capable than the web version for technical analysis. WhiteBIT states that certain advanced charting tools and the market-depth analysis mode available through the TradingView web version are absent from the mobile app.

The app is therefore well suited to account monitoring and trading on the go, while the web terminal or TradingView is more convenient for detailed chart analysis.

TradingView

WhiteBIT has direct integration with TradingView, allowing users to connect an exchange account and trade directly through its interface. This combines WhiteBIT trade execution with TradingView's advanced technical-analysis tools.

Users have access to:

  • more than 15 chart types;
  • technical indicators and drawing tools;
  • comparison of multiple assets;
  • multi-timeframe analysis;
  • price and technical alerts;
  • WhiteBIT market data;
  • placing and managing trading orders directly through TradingView.

Directly connecting a WhiteBIT account to TradingView currently supports futures trading. All WhiteBIT futures-market pairs are supported. Current WhiteBIT documentation says spot and margin trading are unavailable through this integration.

To connect, complete KYC on WhiteBIT, enable two-factor authentication, log in to TradingView, and select WhiteBIT in the broker section. Once access is granted, orders and positions can be managed directly through TradingView. Deposits and withdrawals still take place through WhiteBIT.

TradingView integration itself is free; users pay WhiteBIT's standard trading fees. Optional paid TradingView plans are purchased separately and are not required to connect an exchange account. TradingView also provides Windows, macOS, and mobile apps, so the integration partly compensates for WhiteBIT's lack of a full proprietary desktop terminal.

API and External Platforms

WhiteBIT offers an advanced API for developers, professional traders, trading bots, and institutional clients. Two main interaction methods are supported:

Interface

Purpose

REST API

Quotes, order book, trade history, order management, trading, balances, subaccounts, and other operations

WebSocket API

Streaming quotes, candles, order books, trades, balances, orders, and other real-time data

Public REST methods provide market data without authorization, while private requests are used for trading and account management. For better security, API-key access can be restricted to a list of up to 5 trusted IP addresses.

WebSocket is particularly useful for algorithmic trading because it provides real-time market and account data streams. WhiteBIT also supports Webhooks, OAuth for third-party applications, and official SDKs for integration with proprietary software.

Analytics

Rating:3.5/5

WhiteBIT's analytical capabilities primarily focus on technical market analysis and evaluation of users' trading results. The trading terminal provides advanced TradingView charts, indicators, drawing tools, an order book, and trade history, while a separate Analytics dashboard tracks PnL, balance trends, portfolio composition, and trading activity.

This functionality is sufficient for most active traders. However, WhiteBIT focuses more on market data and personal trading statistics than on in-depth fundamental analysis of crypto projects.

Charts and Technical Analysis

WhiteBIT's web terminal offers two chart options: the exchange's basic chart and built-in TradingView. Users can select timeframes and price-display types, draw trend lines, mark support and resistance levels, and use other charting tools.

Popular technical indicators include:

  • EMA;
  • Volume;
  • RSI;
  • MACD;
  • Bollinger Bands;
  • other TradingView indicators and tools.

Users can also switch to a market-depth view, use the order book, and analyze spreads and recent trades. Charts can be expanded to full screen, and alerts can be set for a specified price or percentage change.

For more advanced analysis, WhiteBIT can be connected directly to TradingView. This integration provides more than 15 chart types, asset comparison, multi-timeframe analysis, and price and technical alerts.

Trading Analysis

WhiteBIT's account dashboard has a separate Analytics section for analyzing both the market and personal results. Users can track their current balance, Profit and Loss (PnL), equity trends, and portfolio composition.

The analytical dashboard's main features are:

Tool

What It Shows

Profit and Loss (PnL)

Profit or loss for the selected period

PnL Details

More detailed results on a chart and calendar

Equity Trend

Changes in balance value over time

Portfolio

Distribution of the total balance by asset

Collateral Analytics

PnL and fund trends on the collateral balance

Trading Performance

Trading results and statistics for selected trading pairs

Trading Volumes

Data on the user's trading volumes

VIP and Fees

Current VIP level, Maker/Taker fees, and available discounts

PnL statistics can be analyzed for today, the last 7, 30, or 365 days, or a custom period. Results are shown as a bar chart or calendar, making it easy to identify profitable and unprofitable periods. Equity Trend shows balance changes, while Portfolio helps evaluate asset allocation.

Separate analytics are available for the collateral balance, including PnL over different periods, Collateral Balance changes, and results for individual trading pairs. Historical data makes it possible to compare results and evaluate strategy effectiveness.

Margin and futures terminals also include a P&L and target-price calculator. However, its P&L calculation does not include trading fees or the Funding Rate, so the actual financial result may differ.

Education

Rating:4/5

WhiteBIT's educational resources primarily consist of a blog with cryptocurrency and trading materials and a Help Center with practical instructions for using the exchange. WhiteBIT offers a good amount and variety of content for beginners and experienced users, although it lacks a separate public learning portal on the scale of Binance Academy.

Blog

WhiteBIT has a dedicated Education section in its official blog. It publishes articles both for users encountering digital assets for the first time and for traders interested in more complex topics.

The main subjects include:

  • cryptocurrency and blockchain basics;
  • Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, and other digital assets;
  • cryptocurrency wallets and security;
  • spot, margin, and futures trading basics;
  • technical analysis and chart patterns;
  • DeFi and Web3;
  • WhiteBIT trading and investment tools;
  • practical instructions for using the exchange.

In addition to its educational category, WhiteBIT maintains a general blog covering crypto-market news, new products, listings, technology, and industry events. The blog can therefore be used both to learn basic concepts and to follow developments in the WhiteBIT ecosystem and broader crypto-market trends.

Educational Projects

WhiteBIT has also participated in external educational projects. Together with Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation, the company launched a crypto-literacy and blockchain course on the Diia.Education platform, while WhiteBIT supported the creation of a blockchain technology program at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. According to WhiteBIT, more than 25 000 people completed the crypto-literacy course in its first year.

Help Center

WhiteBIT Help Center serves as a detailed practical guide to the exchange. Unlike the blog, its materials mainly cover specific platform functions and provide step-by-step instructions.

The Help Center contains guides on the following topics:

Category

Example Materials

Account

Registration, login, security, and 2FA

Verification

Completing KYC and document requirements

Cryptocurrency and fiat transactions, fees, and limits

Futures

The Help Center is particularly useful for beginners: instead of searching through the interface, users can find a dedicated guide for nearly every core operation.

Customer Support

Rating:5/5

WhiteBIT customer support operates 24/7. Users can access live chat, a ticket system, email, and WhatsApp, while the mobile app has a dedicated Support section. Clients at VIP level 1 and above receive personalized support from a dedicated manager.

Support Contact Channels

WhiteBIT can be contacted in several ways:

  • Live chat — available on the website and in the mobile app;
  • Ticket — users select a request category and can later track its status;
  • Email — requests are accepted at support@whitebit.com;
  • WhatsApp — the chat can be opened through the support panel;
  • Phone call — listed by WhiteBIT among the contact options in the mobile app's Support section.

The ticket system is particularly convenient for matters requiring lengthy review or document submission. WhiteBIT divides requests into categories, including general questions, 2FA, deposits, withdrawals, KYC, codes, products, and account issues. For some operations, the company specifically requires a ticket or email rather than live chat.

Special conditions apply to VIP clients at level 1 and above. They receive a personal manager who can be contacted by direct email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or the Talk now instant chat. Calls can also be scheduled through Calendly, and a dedicated Support Desk is available for chats and tickets.

Response Time

WhiteBIT support operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so users can request help regardless of their time zone or the time of day. Live chat in the mobile app is also available around the clock.

However, WhiteBIT does not publicly specify a standard guaranteed first-response time for regular users. Resolution speed therefore depends on the channel and complexity. Live chat is most convenient for simple questions, while account checks, documents, deposits, and withdrawals may require a ticket and additional review.

VIP users receive better service: the personal widget offers a Talk now option for immediately starting a support chat, as well as direct contact details for a personal manager. This makes service for active clients noticeably better than the standard level.

Support Team Expertise

WhiteBIT support specializes in matters directly related to exchange operations. Official materials list deposit-crediting problems, withdrawals, KYC, and account functionality as common reasons for contacting support. Staff do not provide trading or investment advice.

The support structure appears well designed: users can first search the extensive Help Center, then use live chat or create a specialized ticket. Stricter procedures apply to security matters and changes to important account details. For example, email-change requests are accepted only through a ticket or official email and may require identity verification.

Conclusion

WhiteBIT is a versatile cryptocurrency exchange with an advanced trading ecosystem that combines traditional cryptocurrency buying and selling with margin and futures trading, automation, and additional services. Overall, the platform is a competitive option for both everyday trading and more complex strategies.

WhiteBIT is best suited to active crypto traders, investors in major cryptocurrencies and altcoins, and professional and algorithmic traders who use TradingView, bots, and APIs. Beginners should also find the basic operations relatively easy to master.
